It was midnight and he couldn't help but to stare into nothing, his feelings were gone, they disappeared a long time ago, Every night he'd sit in his room and wonder how bright the stars were out his window.
He looked out and peered into the moonlit ground and got blinded as he looked up at the moon, the moonlight flooded his room and he couldn't make out anything around him. He then shut the blinders and everything became dim again but he felt something different. He felt as if he had caught the "Love bug" and he felt as light as a feather but he just carried on with life telling himself it was nothing.
He denied the feeling he longed for because he feared that he would have his heart ripped out of his chest once more. then it all flashed back to him in his head. Her voice filled his ears and then the finally remembered the girl who he befriended. He finally came to realize that after a long time of wait, He felt love again but he was crushed to discover that she already had someone else to spend the rest of her life with then everything fell back into reality, He had a reality check to see if he was still thinking straight.
He did not speak to her for days thinking that she had forgotten him, at that time, he was hoping she had, because the pain in his heart felt like a burning in his pride, But he somehow managed to keep things to himself, Never again did he want to love.
The days passed be like minutes, He would always ignore her calls thinking he would only be cut down again, but there came a day when she was laying heartbroken on a bed of flowers, He thought that this was his chance to rekindle the flam he used to have for this girl who were laying out cold on the ground, "She's got half a heart" he thought, So he took half of his and stuck it onto hers.
The following nights were perfect, the stars always spelled out her name and ash she tried to spell out his, He'd only be mesmerized by her beauty for his love for her burnt more brightly than the sun itself.
